The wood pellet line machines can make a variety of biomass raw materials into pellets. Its diameter is generally 6/8/10/12mm, and its water content is 10-15%. Biomass pellets have a wide range of sources, and common raw materials are:

raw mateiral : wood logs , sawdust planks , straws , other biomass wastes Etc.

Forestry Waste: such as waste wood, waste branches, sawdust, etc.
Agricultural Waste: such as crop straws, rice husks, peanut husks, bagasse, palm kernel husks, etc.
Construction Waste: such as waste paper, wooden frames, wooden templates, etc.

Main machines used : Wood pellet mills , Drum type wood chipper , Hammer mill , Rotatry drum type drying machine, counterlflow cooler , Automatic packing system .

Application of Biomass pellets :

Biomass pellets are made by recycling waste and are a new type of environmentally friendly fuel , widely used in residential heating equipment , power plants , boiler plants . etc. It has the characteristics of large heat generation , low ash content , low enviromental pollution, and recyclablility .

The ring die is the core coponent of the pellet machine ,and the quality of the ring die affects the life of the pellet machine .

The ring die of the Zhongdebao biomass pellet machine is made of 42CrMo , which is more wear-resistant and durable than ordineary alloy steel or carbon steel ring die .

The special surface carburizing treatment increases the surface hardness of the ring die and significantly improves the service life .
