The Vertical Ring Die Sawdust Pellet Mill is a high-efficiency, energy-saving biomass pelletizing device optimized for processing sawdust and various woody biomass materials. Featuring a vertical feeding and pressing structure, this industrial-scale machine produces wood pellets for fuel, animal bedding, and other applications.

Core Definition & Applications

This specialized machine compresses sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, and other woody residues (with 12%-15% moisture content and particle size ≤8mm) into dense cylindrical pellets (6-10mm diameter, 1-3cm length) through high-pressure extrusion. The natural lignin in wood acts as a binder, eliminating the need for additives.
