Our ring die wood pellet machine is a high-efficiency, stable and energy-saving pelletizing equipment designed for biomass raw materials. It realizes the recycling of agricultural and forestry wastes by compressing various woody and straw materials into high-density pellets, which are widely used as clean energy and feed. Core Features

Vertical Feeding & Uniform Distribution: Adopts vertical feeding design, materials directly enter the pelleting chamber, avoiding jamming. The rotating frame plate realizes centrifugal material distribution, ensuring even contact between materials and the die.
High-Quality Ring Die & Pressure Roller: The ring die is made of high-grade alloy steel with carburizing and quenching treatment, featuring high hardness and wear resistance. The pressure roller is optimized in structure, which can be repaired 2-3 times, reducing production costs.
Efficient Transmission System: Equipped with high-precision helical gear direct transmission, the transmission efficiency is over 98%. The main shaft is made of imported alloy steel, ensuring stable operation under high load.
Automatic Lubrication System: Independent automatic oil supply system regularly lubricates bearings and gearboxes, ensuring sufficient lubrication and extending the service life of key components.
Good Heat Dissipation: Vertical structure design is conducive to heat dissipation in the pelleting chamber. Equipped with dust removal fan to promote air circulation and prevent particle deformation caused by high temperature.

Application Scope

Suitable for various biomass raw materials with moisture content of 10-30%:

Woody materials: Sawdust, wood chips, bamboo chips, branches, bark, furniture factory scraps, construction waste wood, etc.
Straw materials: Rice husk, peanut shell, sunflower seed shell, corn stover, wheat straw, sugarcane bagasse, etc.

Working Principle

The material enters the pelleting chamber vertically and is evenly distributed on the inner surface of the static ring die by the rotating frame plate. Under the rolling of the rotating pressure roller, the material is extruded through the die holes. During this process, the material undergoes physical changes under high pressure and high temperature, and the fibers are rearranged and bonded to form continuous cylindrical solids. The solids are cut into pellets of specified length by the cutter around the die, and then collected to the discharge port by the material shifting teeth.
